Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

For health and sanitation reasons, wigs, hair extensions, bundles, closures, frontals, and other hair products cannot be restocked or resold once they have been shipped or released to a customer.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter.

No refunds will be issued due to change of mind, improper care, installation, customization, cutting, coloring, chemical processing, or alterations made after purchase.
